Hi Sangmin, Have you ever tried old version of YouTube Kids ? I think this is UI flow issue and not related to issue/bug, so we consider to go through 3PL for reporting it. Thanks~ |

Hi, Jacky, We expect as you mentioned above, it's UI flow. And, SKB want to get the official response from Youtube owner it's UI flow or not, so I request to ask through Google Issue Tracker. So, you can get the response from 3PL, I think it's also official response. Thank you. |

Hi Sangmin, I think it's Google design. I've check the first screen will load the following link, https://www.youtube.com/tv/kids/#/sign-in/onboarding-welcome?resume You can paste the link on browser to test it. In all browsers, the shortcut key combination for the BACK button is Alt + Left arrow key You can compare the behavior of ALT + Left arrow between the link (https://www.youtube.com/tv/kids/#/sign-in/onboarding-welcome?resume) and other links. My test steps are as follows, 1. Open a blank tab in chrome brwoser 2. Paste https://www.youtube.com/tv/kids/#/sign-in/onboarding-welcome?resume in the tab 3. Ensure that browser's previous button is enabled. [This step is to make sure we have a previous page to go back to] 4. Click anywhere in https://www.youtube.com/tv/kids/#/sign-in/onboarding-welcome?resume (except for buttons), [This step is to let the web page get the focus] 5. Press Alt + Left arrow key -> Back is not available. You can verify it again with other page, in Step 5, Alt + Left arrow key in other page is available. Thanks, Jason |
